DEAR DRITA'S MOB

Drita's Mob recently received this letter from one of Drita Davanzo's most loyal fans and with the amount of social network stalking I do in the name of research I can personally vouch this as the truth!

Georgia Khamo is from Chicago and has been around since before even Drita's Mob began and undoubtedly will be around long after Drita's Mob ends.....This is mainly because she is a little younger than myself and proberly has a higher life expectancy than I do.

I wanted to share her letter with you all because as I read this letter it reminded me of all the great things Drita is and has done for people all around the world.
Reading this letter reminded me of the reasons behind why I started Drita's Mob Blog at a time in which I really needed to hear it.

Drita's Mob Blog was started for the fans!
It was started to give them a positive place to read and be part of Drita's journey.
It is a place for myself and Drita fans to support Drita and vent our frustrations where need be.
It was started for her fans to have a place to be heard and respected which is why I want to share this letter from Georgia with you because you ARE heard on Drita's Mob Blog.

Dear Drita's Mob,
I wanted to write this letter to you because I feel like its necessary to show the appreciation & love I have for our girl Drita Davanzo.
Mob Wives hit our television almost 2 years ago, and since day 1 i've been a loyal Drita fan!
Honestly, what's not to love about her? She's hilarious, gorgeous, an amazing mother, strong, loyal, genuine, and incredibly intelligent.
The list can go on and on!
I created two pages about Drita these past 2 years. One of them was "The Bring Drita to Chicago" page, which became a hit & "The Drita Do Season 3 Petition" both pages became a huge place for all Drita fans to go to & support our girl.
Drita acknowledged both pages & has supported them since day 1, which means the absolute world to me.
For months i rallied all of DMOB to bring her out here to Chicago and my dream came true April 27th, 2012!
Honestly, that was the best day of my life, I remember how I couldn't even hide my excitement and she knew that just from looking at my face.
The best feeling in the world was when I finally got to meet her and she knew exactly who I was and told me how much she loved my page.
I remember how excited I was when she said "Your Georgia, your picture is of you in the team Drita shirt with long curly hair, im good aren't I?"
My expression was priceless, and best described like i just had won the lottery! LOL!
The entire night I was by her side, taking picture after picture and followed her to the stage when she was going to rap to ALL ABOUT THE BENJAMINS!
Teach Me How To Dougie came on & the place went bananas, we tore it up!
She was the most sincere and loving person i've ever met in my life and
the love she has for her fans doesn't compare.
Creating my pages has done many great things for me and i've met so many amazing people and became friends with such awesome people.
You'll never meet more loyal people then Drita fans! we would go to war for Drita!
. Drita inspires me so much because she is the definition of GIRL POWER!
. Anything she sets her mind to she does, Her cosmetic line, clothing line and, charity are some of the accomplishments which inspire me to want to be the best ME I can be!
She's such a strong women, raising 2 children, having a career and dealing with her own struggles makes her the role model that i definitely look up to.
Drita proves that even with hardships, you should never to give up on your dreams.and many people bash her and try to bring her down, so I hope with this letter it reminds her how much her fans really do love her and will always have her back and will always appreciate her!
Your the best Drita don't let anyone ever let you think different!
.DMOB always has your back and you have the most loyal following 100% behind you!
My only wish now is that you'll follow me on twitter and my life would be complete
You've taught me how even sometimes when your alone to be grateful of the life i have, and to stand up for what i believe in.
I love you and i'll always have your back till the end, thats how DMOB rolls! HAHA!
I hope DRITAS MOB & DRITA both read this & remember that it doesn't get any better than DMOB! LOVE, GEORGIA xoxo

Just Me and Season 3!

Extra! Extra! Read all about it! Drita's been a busy girl and there's no doubt about it!!

As many of you are aware we are currently between season 2 and 3 of Mob wives and it is official that
Drita Davanzo is on board and has commenced filming!
This news had made many fans around the world extremely happy and more eager than ever before to tune in to their weekly episodes of Mob Wives on VH1.

Despite being extremely eager for our Ladies to return to our TV screens I personally don't mind the off season of Mob Wives as it gives the ladies a chance to shine as Strong, Independent and Individual woman rather than The Mob Tied woman we have grown to know and love.

During the off season of Mob Wives Drita has worked on multiple projects and recently had the chance to launch the Lip Line for her highly demanded and fast growing cosmetic line "Just Me"
The concept behind this product is based on Drita's personal experience and knowledge from working 7 years behind the counter of a high end department store on  "Real" woman and what "They" want.
It is in my opinion that this concept and understanding will be a major turning point in Drita's career.

"A lot of makeup artist launch lines but they never were behind the scenes with everyday Mom's and Woman to see what they want. I got to listen for 7 years on what woman wanted!
It's for Strong Independent woman which is why I named it JUST ME! It's about loving you and yourself" Drita

Earlier today Drita announced and shared what I found to be a very touching, deep and sincere blog on her official website entitled "SINGLE BUT NOT ALONE" which is a new foundation in which Drita has established to assist single parents with their everyday struggle's to reduce stress within the community.
Drita speaks of her very real and painful struggle of being a single mom and explains that despite being lucky enough to have the support of her mother that not every has support.
The company MHP is one of Drita's major supportors and will be donating to the charity for every 8 hour alert they sell. This product can be purchased from Ritaid or online and there is nothing better than buying a product you know is donating.
Will be sure to keep you all posted as news on "Single but not alone" is released.
Congrats Drita and this is a great thing you are doing!

Latest release an Iphone case which is available for purchase now!

In a recent televised interview on "The Couch" Drita has given us a minor insight as to what to expect from MobWives 2013 and from what I understand season 3 sounds to be the best season yet!

Drita speaks of Lee and mentions that they are on good terms and he will be home in less than 6 months which will be the highlight of Mob Wives for me because I think seeing him reunite with his girls will be incredible yet very emotional for Drita.

She plans to go visit him soon but is concerned that perhaps she will feel more than she wants to feel which leaves her feeling confused and vulnerable while she openly admits that despite the divorce she still loves him and cares for him.
Tough call and something I'm sure we will see play out in 2013!
I was pleased to hear that Drita and Karen have honoured their truce and have remained civil and at peace with one another during the off season however I am not so certain this is the case with Ramona Rizzo.

Drita describes "Season 3 is like World War III"  and with rumours of new cast members joining the group I can only imagine whats in store.

DRITA'S INTERVIEW WITH GLOBAL GRIND

DRITA'S INTERVIEW WITH GLOBAL GRIND
Upon the much anticipated launch of Drita Davanzo's cosmetic line Just Me Global Grind had the chance to interview with Drita.
This was such a great interview that I had to share it with you!
I do not take any credit for this interview and you can find it along with many other celebrity interviews at http://globalgrind.com/

INTERVIEW BY GLOBAL GRIND
Drita D'Avanzo is known for her tough girl persona on VH1's Mob Wives; the woman who will handle her business at the drop of a dime. But now that the Staten Island resident has left her brawling ways in the reality TV realm, she's reaching new heights as a businesswoman.
The Albanian beauty married into the Italian lifestyle and became a mommy to two little girls, all while maintaining her passion for makeup, rapping and just being all around fabulous.
During the launch for her new line Just Me, at the Staten Island Mall, GlobalGrind got the opportunity to spend the day with Drita and her castmates Big Ang and Carla.
Drita's devout Staten Island fans came out to watch the tough talker give a makeover to former Bad Girls Club member Pricilla, while she treated the crowd with a meet and greet.
Check out our exclusive interview with Drita below, and be sure to take a look at the photos in the gallery above.
Drita D'Avanzo: I worked for a high-end department store for 7 years. So I always used to sit there and be like, I want to launch my own line and I want to be able to take hot products and make them affordable. It’s not easy because the products I have are high-end, so if you’re not Chanel or Armani, then it’s not an easy thing to have them at an affordable price. But I was persistent on making that happen and I made it happen. Also, I have a thing for the lip-glosses that smell good and my luxury lip-glosses smell so good and they feel so good. [Working at the beauty counters] I had the ability to work with everyday people and all I heard all day was, “what I want, what I want, what I want.” I worked for every high-end line, I've worked for almost every makeup artist, and they never had the ability to work with everyday people. So they don’t know what they want, they know what’s great and what’s great to put on models and photo shoots, but at the end of the day it is about what the people want.
Did you actually work with these other brands or did you take inspiration from them?
I took inspiration, because when I used to work at the counter, I used to want all the counters. I was the top salesperson. The reason why: I refused to work for one line because I was very honest. Can ya tell? You know when I was working somewhere, someone would come up and I would be like, “Don’t buy that! You’re not going to like it.” They’d be like, “What are you doing?!” So I figured if I took the best products, my favorites and the top sellers, and put it in one altogether, what’s better than that?
So why did you start the line with just lips?
I launched lips first because that’s my favorite. I can’t live without that product.
Can you tell us what the next product from the line is going to be?
Next, I’m going to bring in eyes. Foundation is going to be neck-and-neck, because I’m so excited to launch the foundation. I got the best foundation I think.
Where do you plan on opening up next?
I probably want to hit New Jersey next. I just want to keep basics at all the carts throughout the malls, because I want to have my store. My store is my real goal, once I launch all my products, I want to open a store. This is something I’ve always wanted and never had. I want to have a place where you could go to get your makeup and hair styled and that’s it. If you're going out, you're going on a date, this and that, not expensive. Just a place where you’re actually getting your makeup done with my products there. No hair color, dye, nothing. You don’t have to sit in a salon with everyone getting their hair done like that. There will always be the carts where I have my specialty and specifics, but if you want everything, then you can come to my one-stop shop.
So let's talk about the French Montana video you were in. What is your future with rap videos? Are you going to be on set doing the makeup with your products?
Yeah, I am. I do have a couple of goodies coming out. I have a lot of my favorite rappers, it’s a secret, but there’s a lot of people I’m going to work with and just spit something. I’m not going to make it a big thing, I’m just going to focus on makeup, but I enjoy and love it so much. All my appearances, that’s all I do, I rap.
Except for us! You’re coming back to rap for us!
I love GlobalGrind! Of course I am going to come back.
So are you dating? Are you dating anyone?
Yeah I’m dating and I hate it. I hate it so much.
It’s like a first interview every date you go on, right?
Sometimes I feel like my date is a federal agent. I’m like, “Dude, you a cop? You ask a lot of questions.”
What type of guys are you into?
Uh, what I’m into? What I’m trying to be into! What I’m trying to be into is a 9-5 guy. You know what’s funny, I end up feeling like the guy because every question they ask, I’m like, “Don’t worry about it.” So I'm like, “Oh my god, did I turn into them?” It's awful, but I’m trying to date.
